1) Order Form:

After selecting the car from our stock, fill in the order form beside the stock car details with your port name, complete inspection documents required by import rules and regulations on your destination port. Note; If your favorite vehicles are not found, then send us your required vehicle inquiry by mail. sales@jp-int.com

2) Issue an Invoice:

We will issue an invoice C&F/FOB price on your destination port in Japanese yen. Note; If any inspection documents were required, there will be extra charges.

3) Complete the Payment:

After receiving the decided invoice amount, not later than the paying due date specified in the Proforma Invoice. we will arrange shipment for your vehicle. If your payment has not been confirmed until the Paying Due Date as mentioned in invoice the contract is deemed to be void.

4) Ocean Freight:

Depending on the customers, choose the freight option.

1) FOB (Freight Collect):

Customer should arrange booking of the shipment to their desirable port by themselves and send us the booking reference.

2) C&F (Freight Prepaid):

We will send you ocean freight invoice. After receiving the money transfer from the customer, we will release your vehicle.

3) CIF (Freight with Insurance):

On customer request we will arrange ocean freight with insurance, the insurance extra charges will be bear by customers.

5) B/L & Documents:

We will courier the requested documents to your preferred address.

6) How to Pay:

Please remit your deposit into our bank account by Bank Telegraphic Transfer from any bank,After you make the payment, please send us a copy of the transfer immediately by mail at sales@jp-int.com , so that we can get confirmation the payment from our bank.Our Bank details are mentioned below for your reference.

7) Terms & Conditions::

  1. All decided invoices amount should be paid with Japanese yen only.
  2. All payments should be transferred only to given J.P. International account using by bank.
  3. All the payment transfer should be completed within the deadline.
  4. Penalty fees will be charged if the payment transfer was not completed within the deadline.
  5. In case of cancellation after successful bidding, cancellation fees will be charged. Amount will depend on cancellation reason and condition.
  6. After shipment of the vehicle, we are not responsible for any inconvenience caused such as lack of documents, natural disasters or any others.
  7. The customer should agree with all the terms & conditions listed above.
